I am a dance enthusiast. Since childhood, I have admired the graceful dance moves and figures of dancers, which can bring people joy and pleasure. This spark has always been burning in my heart, and a lucky encounter led me to the Sydney Chinese Dance Group. The dedication of the group leader and the professional enthusiasm of the members have given me a deeper understanding of dance.

From sporadic learning to insisting on two or three dance training sessions every week, my body and mind have undergone changes, and my dance skills have gradually improved. During the process of learning dance, I deeply feel that I have increased muscle strength and endurance, enhanced flexibility and balance, improved memory, and attention. Dancing also helps me relieve tension and stress, and I have made many new friends and developed new friendships. Learning different dance styles also allows me to be exposed to different cultures and traditions, which has benefited me greatly.
