悉尼华人舞蹈团艺术副团长张蕾访谈纪实
如果被问起：你心目中的舞蹈女演员是什么样子的？想必大多数的人会回答会是：明眸皓齿，笑容甜美，体态轻盈，风姿绰约。不错，这用来形容悉尼华人舞蹈团的张蕾，真是恰如其分。张蕾就是人们心目中舞蹈演员的典型代表。秀美的容颜，逼人的灵气，恬静的笑容，婀娜的身姿，可谓是一举一动俱优雅，一颦一笑皆动人。
张蕾不仅有着靓丽的外形，更具有深厚的舞蹈功底和精湛的艺术素养。张蕾从小就对舞蹈有着痴迷一般的热爱，无论何时，一听到音乐，她就会就立刻翩翩起舞，舞蹈成为她最大的爱好和追求。从刚记事的年纪起，张蕾就颠颠地拉着母亲的手，倒腾好几趟公交车，去跟随专业老师学习舞蹈。有时候遇上暴风骤雨，母亲劝她请假，她却执拗地一定坚持要去。长期刻苦的专业训练，为她打下了坚实的舞蹈基本功，同时也造就了她超群的技艺。加入悉尼华人舞蹈团不久，她便代表舞蹈团参加了中国大使馆举办的庆典活动的表演。张蕾一曲舞跳下来，技惊四座。活动中许多悉尼文化界舞蹈界的名流都感到震惊：悉尼什么时候出现了这么一位舞技超凡的小姑娘？！从此，悉尼舞蹈文化界记住这个字如其人一样美丽的名字：张蕾。张蕾深湛的舞蹈技艺和卓越的表演才华得到很多行家里手的赏识，她也因此曾受聘成为蓓蕾舞蹈学校的专业指导老师。
凭借出众的外形和深厚的舞蹈功底，张蕾很快在舞蹈团展露头角，被推举为艺术副团长。许多编舞，排舞和培训新演员的重任也落到了她的身上。张蕾总是任劳任怨，勤勤恳恳，陆续组织编排了一个又一个大型舞蹈。虽然跳舞只是张蕾的业余爱好，平日里大部分时间她还需要打理繁忙的生意，但是她仍是不辞劳苦为排舞奉献着宝贵的时间和精力。很多个晚上，在家人熟睡之后，她便拿出音乐碟和舞蹈带，对着镜子一遍又一遍的练习。一个十几人的大型舞蹈，要练熟每个人的动作，编排队形，策划队形的变换，还要考虑到每位团员的舞蹈基础，将每个人放到最适合最能发挥特长的位置上，她常常一练就是几个小时，从没有半点怨言，这除了天赋和才华外，需要的是对舞蹈怎样的痴迷和热爱啊。在团内，张蕾的耐心和好脾气是出了名的。在排舞时，她总是一遍，两遍，三遍，不厌其烦地给其他团员们讲解、示范舞蹈要领。不论重复多少次，她总是同样的微笑，同样的语气，连声调都不会提高半点。
作为舞蹈团的艺术骨干，张蕾经常带队或以个人身份代表舞蹈团出席各类政府、文化团体组织的庆典和慈善活动，深受广大观众好评。每次演出后，不论老人还是儿童，总有不少观众争相和她合影留念。在一次为孤老院的演出结束后，老人家们紧紧拉着她的手不放，一再叮嘱“下次再来，下次再来啊”。还有一次为中医协会的庆典演出后，一位华侨女医生挤过人群，操着半生的普通话，激动地眼含泪光说道：“在澳洲生活了几十年，从没看到过这么优美的中国舞蹈，这么美丽的中国小姑娘，我能和她拍张照吗？”这样的事例不胜枚举。张蕾说，每次演出，她都会被现场热烈的气氛和热情的观众深深打动，这些可爱可敬的观众们是她为宣传和推广中国舞蹈文化继续努力，继续进步的最大动力。

除了阳光般灿烂的笑容外，张蕾还拥有阳光般鲜明的个性。她兴趣广泛，活泼乐观，精力充沛，极富个人魅力。在练舞，演出的间隙，如果见到有人聚在一起开小会，那么当中声音最亮，笑声最响的一定就是张蕾了。从精品美食到流行时尚，从前沿科技到哲理修养，无论什么话题，她总能够滔滔不绝地和大家神侃一番。生活间隙里，张蕾也会热心的通过QQ和微信，和朋友们分享她的生活点滴和人生感悟。
若不是亲眼所见，很难相信这位人们口中的“美丽的小姑娘”，已然是两个孩子的母亲了。张蕾有个和睦美满的家庭，她的先生张潜是位有名的爱妻号，标准的模范丈夫。他对张蕾的舞蹈事业是百分百的支持。张蕾在台上表演，他就带着孩子在台下鼓掌喝彩。他非常自豪地对朋友说：我的太太是位艺术家。是啊，有这样一位秀外慧中的太太，谁能不感到骄傲和自豪呢！张蕾的两个女儿也遗传了妈妈的美丽大方和表演天赋。她的大女儿张怡然在悉尼华人舞蹈团大型舞剧《唐花仙子》中亦扮演了一位精灵可爱的村童。母女同台献技，成为一时佳话。
人们喜爱张蕾秀美的容颜，欣赏她高超的舞艺，更尊敬她难能可贵的高洁品格。张蕾为人豁达大度，自然纯真，淡泊名利，不慕虚荣，真诚且有爱心。在行内名声渐响之后，很多团体都曾慕名向张蕾发出商业演出的邀请，而张蕾都婉言谢绝了。她热爱悉尼华人舞蹈团，赞同并实践着舞蹈团弘扬和传播中国舞蹈文化，为丰富澳洲多元化文化作贡献的宗旨，为弘扬中华文化贡献着自己的一份力量。在舞蹈团的历次演出中，张蕾从来不抢风头，不争排位，即使在自己精心编排的舞蹈中，她也总是尽量把领舞的位置让给其他演员。张蕾这种恬淡的美德也表现在她的人生态度上，追求平平实实的生活，风轻云淡的精彩，恪守并履行着她的人生信条：山有山的高度，水有水的深度，没必要攀比；风有风的自由，云有云的温柔，没有必要模仿。再难也要坚持，再好也要淡泊，再差也要自信。短短的几句，显示了何等的智慧！
随着岁月的积累，坚持不懈的训练，以及不断地学习和自我增值，张蕾的舞蹈技艺也越来越精湛，表演才能也越来越职业化。我们衷心期望能够和这位悉尼舞蹈界的璀璨新星一起，去创造更加灿烂和辉煌的未来！
What does a professional female dance artist look like?
Surely most peoples would answer would be:
A woman with a sweet smile and beautiful eyes that accentuate her soft features. A woman with a striking figure that is pleasant to the eye. A woman with a body that flows gracefully and elegantly, always in total harmony with the music. A woman with a natural aura that surrounds her with peace and harmony.
These words appropriately describe Zhang Lei from the Sydney Chinese Dance Group. Lei is typical of the picture the above question generates in people's minds when asked what does a dance artist look like?
Zhang Lei is not only a beautiful woman who meets all of the above criteria, but she also has an exquisite literal knowledge of the art of dance. Zhang Lei has grown up with a passion for dance; it has been a life-long love affair for her. As a child, whenever she heard music, she would immediately start to dance. Dancing became her biggest hobby and pursuit; she studied under a professional dance teacher from an early age, no matter what the weather, rain, hail or shine, she never failed on going to her dance classes.
Through dedication and study to long-term professional training and her dedication to hard work, she has built up a solid dance talent with her superior skills. Since joining the Sydney Chinese Dance Group, Lei with her team has represented the dance group to perform on various occasions for local council festival events, including the Sydney Chinese Consulate festival, etc.
Lei's dance skills and excellent acting talent are appreciated and acknowledged by many experts. As a result she was employed as a professional dance instructor by Pei Lei Dancing School. Her name is also well known in the Sydney dance community circle. With her pleasant demeanour and superior dance and instructional skills, Zhang Lei soon became the Vice Art Production Director of the group. In this role she has responsibility as the choreographer, instructing performers at rehearsals, coaching and training new performers.
Zhang Lei is a hard worker; she is diligent and able to choreograph one large dance show after another. However dancing is only a hobby to Zhang Lei, as she also needs to take care of her busy and successful business. She is tireless and dedicated to rehearsals and freely gives valuable time and effort. Many nights after her family have gone to sleep; she would play music CDs and practice her dancing in front of the mirror over and over again. Practicing and testing the choreography to perfect the plan.
During rehearsals, she often goes out of her way to take the time to explain and coach other members of the team on the essentials of dance and specific techniques. No matter how many times she needs to demonstrate the exercise, she always has the same friendly smile, the same soft voice that doesn’t get raised even the slightest. Some say she has the patience of a saint.
With the accumulation of years of persistent training and continuous learning and self-improvement, Zhang Lei’s dance skills are increasingly sophisticated, and more professional. We sincerely look forward to seeing Lei to create a more splendid and glorious future.
